Who is UDI?
Universal Data Interchange, an impartial TPA, has one location in Du Bois, PA and another in Philadelphia, PA. Our
Du Bois location has a 24/7 Call Center and Consolidated Billing Center. UDI understands firsthand how important it is to get quality service and partner with the right suppliers and vendors.
UDI wants to exceed your expectations at all times. We have developed a web based Dot Net software system designed specifically for our clients’ needs. We also offer a website for clients to follow every claim or job including all notes, documents, and individual job status. UDI works with our clients to develop and deploy easily integrated procedures and processes to suit our clients’ specific needs.
The president of Universal Data Interchange, Cathy Evans, is fully involved in the initial setup of all new clients. Cathy stays involved during development and testing. A new client is managed by an experienced account manager only when they are completely satisfied. Even after the initial set up, Cathy is available at anytime for clients’ individual needs, no matter what your company’s size. It is this personal service that sets us apart.
