UDI has developed a web based Dot Net software system designed specifically for their client’s needs. They also offer a web site for their clients to follow every claim or job including all notes, documents and status. They work with their clients to develop and deploy easily integrated procedures and processes to suit their clients’ needs.
The President of UDI, Cathy Evans, is fully involved in the total setup of all new clients.
She stays involved during development and testing stages and will not pass on to a qualified account manager until the client is completely satisfied.
Even after the initial set up, she is available anytime for clients’ individual needs, no matter your size.
